Terms & Conditions
Homes.Now is a real estate profile and link-sharing platform that enables real estate professionals to share a single page with their audience and direct them to their most relevant links and resources. We value deliberate simplicity - so we've tried to distill these Terms & Conditions into their simplest, most accessible form.
Update (January 5, 2026): Homes.Now is currently available to users located in the United States only. If you are not in the United States, do not use the service. We plan to expand globally in the coming months. We may use geoblocking to enforce this limitation.
1. Welcome
These Terms & Conditions, together with our linked policies (including our Community Guidelines) (collectively, the “Terms”), apply to your use of the Homes.Now services, including Homes.Now (https://homes.now/), any related pages, applications, and associated software or features (together, the “Platform” or “Homes.Now”).
In these Terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to DotNow Labs LLC, doing business as Homes.Now (“DotNow Labs,” “Homes.Now,” or “we”).
By accessing or using Homes.Now, you agree to these Terms. Our help articles (if any) may also contain information that affects how you use the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have questions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Homes.Now.
2. Changes to these Terms
Homes.Now is continually updated and improved. From time to time, we may modify the Platform or these Terms. Updates may be needed to reflect business changes, Platform changes (including adding, changing, or discontinuing features or any part of the Platform), legal or commercial requirements, or to protect our legitimate interests. We may make these updates at any time, and it’s your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If we make a change that, in our reasonable determination, has a material negative effect on you, we’ll use reasonable efforts to notify you at least one (1) month before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using Homes.Now and terminate your account in accordance with Clause 9 (Suspension or Termination of Your Account).
For clarity, your use of the Platform is also subject to our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
3. Your Account
To create an account and become a Homes.Now user, you agree to comply with these Terms and confirm that you're over 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. You must provide us with accurate information about yourself and, in some cases, you may be required to verify your account or third-party accounts. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date, so if anything changes, please update your details.
US-only eligibility: The Platform is offered only to users located in the United States. By using the Platform, you represent that you are located in the United States. We may restrict or block access outside the United States.
Limited Homes.Now user accounts, which allow individuals to interact with Homes.Now profiles (for example, by viewing public pages or engaging with features we make available), are deemed Homes.Now Users and are subject to these Terms and all applicable policies.
If you’re using Homes.Now on behalf of a business or another individual, you confirm that you’re authorized by them to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Use strong login credentials and do not share them with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. You may not assign or transfer your account to anyone else, or allow it to be used in a way that, in our reasonable opinion, harms Homes.Now or our reputation, violates the rights of others, or breaks applicable laws or regulations. You also agree not to use automated tools (including bots or scripts) to create multiple accounts.
4. Your Username (Your “Handle”)
When you create a Homes.Now account, you may be assigned or allowed to use a username/handle (your “Handle”) that is used to identify your page (for example, homes.now/yourhandle). We understand your Handle holds significance, but it must be appropriate for all users and must respect everyone’s rights.
Handle rules (what you can and can’t do)
Your Handle must:
- Be safe for work and must not contain any vulgar, obscene, or offensive language.
- Not infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property (“IP”) rights such as trademarks or other brand identifiers you do not own or have permission to use.
- Not impersonate another person or business (including public figures, brands, or agencies) or mislead others about affiliation.
- Not be acquired, used, or held primarily for resale, trading, or “handle squatting” (including listing, brokering, transferring, or attempting to profit from Handles).
You may use Homes.Now to support your business, but you must not state or imply that you are a Homes.Now employee, agent, partner, or otherwise affiliated with or endorsed by Homes.Now. Any such misrepresentation is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
We may reserve, block, or reclaim handles that imply affiliation with Homes.Now or our team (for example: homes, homesnow, support, admin, staff, team, official, verified), even if they are otherwise available.
Important: Handles are licensed, not owned
Your Handle is provided as part of the Platform and is not your property. You receive a revocable, limited right to use a Handle while your account remains active and in good standing.
We may revoke, reclaim, reassign, or change any Handle at any time, with or without notice, including for business needs, legal or policy reasons, risk mitigation, or to resolve disputes (including trademark or impersonation complaints).
Free accounts: Handle selection may be restricted
On free accounts, your Handle may be preselected by Homes.Now. If your plan does not include Handle selection, you cannot choose, reserve, or request a specific Handle.
Disputes and complaints
If issues arise with your Handle, we’ll assess the situation and may ask you to change it (and it may be reassigned). If you decline, we may suspend or terminate your account. If someone claims your Handle violates their IP rights, they may submit an intellectual property report, and you may have an opportunity to respond.
Inactivity
If you haven’t logged in, updated your profile, or your page has had no meaningful activity for 6 months, we may, in our discretion, reclaim or reassign your Handle without notice.
5. Managing Your Plan
You can sign up to Homes.Now on a free or paid plan, including through a free trial or promotional code, and you can cancel at any time. Your plan begins when you accept these Terms and continues until (a) you cancel it, or (b) we suspend or terminate your account in accordance with these Terms (see Clause 9. Suspension or Termination of Your Account) and our Community Guidelines.
If you enroll in a paid plan and submit your first subscription payment, you authorize DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (plus any applicable taxes) on each renewal date unless you cancel in accordance with this Clause 5. Where mandatory local laws provide specific cancellation or renewal rights, those laws apply and will prevail.
We may change, add, or remove subscription plans, pricing, or plan features at any time. If we make changes that we reasonably determine have a material impact on your plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice. If you continue using the Platform after the change takes effect, you agree to the updated plan terms (including any pricing or feature changes). If you don’t agree, you may cancel your subscription as described below.
If you cancel a paid plan, it will generally remain active until the end of your current billing period, and then it may downgrade to a free plan (if a free plan is available). You can cancel through the billing or subscription settings in your account dashboard.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.
If you subscribed through a third-party app store (such as Apple or Google), you must cancel your subscription through that provider’s account management settings, and any refund requests (if available) must be directed to that provider.
If you cancel your plan and choose to permanently delete your account, you can do so via your account settings. If you delete your account, you may not be able to reactivate it or recover the content or information associated with it.
6. Your Content
Homes.Now allows users to publish and share a variety of content through their profiles. We want the Platform to remain safe and trustworthy for everyone who visits it — that’s why we have our Community Guidelines. These standards explain what content is and isn’t allowed on Homes.Now. If you don’t follow them, we may suspend or permanently remove your account.
When we refer to your “content,” we mean any text, images, graphics, videos, links, messages, or other materials you add to your Homes.Now profile, as well as any materials used to interact with visitors through your profile. You’re responsible for your content and you represent and warrant that:
- The content you post is yours, or if you use third-party materials, you have the necessary rights to share them on Homes.Now (and allow us to use them as described in these Terms).
- Your content will not infringe anyone’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Your content is accurate and not misleading or deceptive, complies with applicable laws, and does not damage our reputation.
- Your content is free from harmful elements such as viruses or disruptive code that could harm the Platform or other systems.
- Your content does not include automated collection tools; you will not use scripts, scraping, or similar tools to gather information from profiles or the Platform.
- You will not post unauthorized ads, solicitations, or endorsements through Homes.Now.
- Your content complies with our Community Guidelines.
Because laws and regulations vary by location, we may restrict or remove content that is permitted in some regions but not others. We reserve the right to take steps we consider appropriate to keep Homes.Now safe, including removing content or restricting access.
7. What We Can Do with Your Content
When you post content on your Homes.Now profile, you grant DotNow Labs LLC (DBA Homes.Now) a license to host, store, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, and technically process that content as needed to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Platform. This includes the right to format, resize, adapt, and create derivative works of your content for technical purposes (for example, to display your profile correctly across devices, generate previews, or support new features). You also grant us the right to use your name, photo, likeness, and other identifying elements included in your content in connection with the Platform and in marketing for Homes.Now (such as on our website, social channels, and other advertising).
This license is worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual, meaning we can use it globally, without paying you, for as long as necessary for these purposes. You represent that you have the rights needed to post the content on Homes.Now and to grant this license.
You retain all rights you have in your content. Please understand that content you make public on Homes.Now may be viewable by anyone and may be copied, shared, or re-posted by others both on and off the Platform.
Do not post personal information you don’t want publicly visible. Never post sensitive data such as social security numbers, passport details, or similar information that could cause harm if misused. You may only post another person’s personal information if you have their consent and you have kept a record of that consent. We are not required to monitor the accuracy, reliability, or legality of your content, but we may choose to do so.
We may modify, remove, or restrict access to content at any time in accordance with these Terms, including applying a sensitive-content warning to content we believe may be unsuitable for all audiences.
8. Your Responsibility to Your Visitors and Customers
You are responsible for anyone who visits your Homes.Now page (“Profile Visitors”), including people who may provide you with personal information through tools you choose to use (such as a contact form), subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with your page and links (collectively, “End Users”).
You are solely responsible for:
(a) how End Users engage with your profile, content, and outbound links;
(b) ensuring your communications and business practices with End Users—including any lead collection, contact forms, email marketing, and data handling—comply with all applicable laws; and
(c) ensuring any transactions between you and End Users that are initiated from or connected to your Homes.Now page (including transactions processed by third parties) comply with the applicable terms of any third-party payment or payout provider you use, as well as these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and any other applicable policies.
You may have access to features that allow End Users to send you voluntary monetary support. Any such payments are optional and made without expectation of goods or services in return, and may not be used to fundraise on behalf of charities or other causes unless we expressly allow it in writing.
9. Suspension or Termination of Your Account
If you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any other linked policies, we may suspend or terminate your account, take action regarding your account, or modify how the Platform works for you. For example, if you don’t pay applicable fees when due, we may downgrade your paid plan to a free plan with fewer features. If you misuse any paid features or programs we offer, or fail to meet any stated participation or eligibility requirements, we may limit or remove your access to those features or programs.
Misrepresentation of affiliation with Homes.Now is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
What we do depends on the nature and severity of the issue. In some situations, we may choose not to suspend or terminate your account. However, repeated or serious violations are more likely to result in suspension or termination. We may also suspend or terminate access if we're required to do so to comply with law, regulation, or a court order, or if we reasonably believe it's necessary to prevent harm to you, us, other users, or third parties. Where practical, we may provide notice before taking action, but we are not required to do so.
If you have a free account (or a non-paying subscription) and your account is inactive for an extended period (for example, you have not logged in and there has been no meaningful activity or traffic for 6 months), we may terminate your account without notice.
If we suspend, terminate, or downgrade your account under this section, you will not receive a refund for any prepaid fees unless required by law. We are not responsible for any loss of content or functionality resulting from a suspension, termination, or downgrade (including the loss of features available on a paid plan). If you believe we made a mistake or you have concerns about these Terms or the Platform, contact us at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue, and both sides agree not to initiate legal action about the issue until we have spent at least one (1) month attempting to resolve it together.
10. Feedback
We welcome suggestions and ideas that help improve Homes.Now. From time to time, we may make certain features of the Platform available in “beta” (or similar) and invite your feedback.
If you share feedback with us, you agree that DotNow Labs LLC d/b/a Homes.Now may use it in any manner, without compensation to you, and may choose to use it or not use it. You also acknowledge that beta features are still being evaluated and tested and may not be as reliable or available as other parts of the Platform.
For clarity, your use of Homes.Now remains subject to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
11. Our Platform
We own and operate the Platform and grant you a limited right to use it to create and share content and to interact with other users’ content. Community Guidelines apply to your use of the Platform. However, we are not responsible for any content, products, or services made available through other users’ profiles or the links they choose to display.
All rights, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Platform (excluding your content) (the “Homes.Now IP”) are owned by DotNow Labs LLC (DBA Homes.Now) or our licensors. You do not obtain any rights in the Homes.Now IP. You may not use our brand name, logo, or other brand assets without our prior written approval, including in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Platform to create, display, use, and upload content in accordance with these Terms. You must not, as a user, a profile visitor, or in any other capacity, use scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other automated means to access, download, extract, aggregate, or otherwise collect content or information from Homes.Now profiles or the Platform.
If we provide images, icons, themes, fonts, videos, graphics, or other materials, you may only use them on your Homes.Now profile and in accordance with any guidelines we make available. Do not remove, conceal, or alter proprietary notices or trademarks displayed on the Platform. Copying, reproducing, distributing, licensing, selling, reselling, modifying, translating, disassembling, decompiling, decrypting, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the Platform (or any part of it) is prohibited.
When you visit Homes.Now profiles as a profile visitor, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to view and interact with the Platform through those profiles. Some users may include links, offers, or calls-to-action that direct you to third-party websites, products, or services. If you choose to click or transact through those third parties, you acknowledge that you are dealing directly with the third party. This means Homes.Now has no liability or obligations to you regarding any third-party products or services, including fulfillment, quality, customer support, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, maintenance, or bug fixes. We cannot guarantee the identity of any third party or the accuracy of any claims or descriptions they provide. Third parties may also have their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other content posted by other users on their profiles.
12. Fees and Payment
- Subscription fees: If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees on time. Depending on your location, your subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes, which may be charged in addition to the listed price (see Clause 13. Tax Requirements). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on whether you select a monthly or annual billing cycle. At the end of each billing cycle, your paid plan will automatically renew under the then-current Terms unless you cancel before renewal. When you sign up for a paid plan, you must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method (such as a credit or debit card). By providing a payment method, you authorize DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now to charge the applicable fees. If automatic billing fails for any reason (for example, payment processor issues or an expired payment method), we may issue an invoice or request an updated payment method, and you agree to pay any outstanding amounts within the timeframe provided. We may also delay, decline, or cancel a payment where reasonably necessary to prevent unlawful activity, fraud, or to conduct a risk or security assessment. If that occurs, we may suspend or limit access to your account while the review is completed.
- Third-party processing fees: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe or similar providers). Those providers may charge processing fees or apply their own terms and policies. Any such fees are handled by the processor under their rules, and Homes.Now is not responsible for third-party processing fees charged by those providers.
- Changes in fees: We may update subscription fees from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide reasonable prior notice. If you do not agree to the updated fees, you may cancel your plan before the next billing cycle begins.
13. Tax Requirements
“Tax” or “Taxes” means all applicable taxes, including but not limited to (a) indirect taxes such as sales tax, goods and services tax (“GST”), value added tax (“VAT”), fees, duties, levies, and other similar taxes and (b) direct taxes such as transactional taxes (including withholding taxes) and income taxes. Applicable Taxes will be calculated in accordance with relevant country, state, provincial, or local tax laws, and any applicable tax charges may appear separately on your invoice.
Taxes on fees charged by Homes.Now
Whether your subscription fees are inclusive or exclusive of Taxes depends on the applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction. We may update how we calculate, collect, and remit Taxes to comply with those laws. If your subscription fees are exclusive of Taxes, any applicable Taxes may be shown as a separate line item on your invoices.
If any payment you make to DotNow Labs LLC d/b/a Homes.Now is subject to Taxes that we are required to collect, you agree to pay the applicable Taxes in addition to the fees due. If an exemption applies, you must provide the required exemption documentation before an invoice is issued.
You are responsible for any Taxes or government charges that apply to your payments where we are not required to collect them, including any withholding or similar taxes, and those amounts will not reduce the fees you owe under these Terms.

14. Privacy
We take privacy seriously — for you and for anyone who visits a Homes.Now profile (“Profile Visitors”). Our Privacy Notice and other attached policies (including our Community Guidelines) explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and they describe your obligations (and ours) related to the privacy rights of Profile Visitors.
If a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies to your use of the Platform, it is incorporated into these Terms by reference and sets out additional terms regarding the processing of personal data. By creating an account, you confirm that if the DPA applies to you, you have read, understood, and agreed to it. To learn about our cookie usage, please refer to our Cookie Notice.
All data, including any intellectual property rights associated with it, that either we or the Platform generate from your use (or the use of Profile Visitors or other users) of the Platform or content (“Data”) will be owned by DotNow Labs LLC (DBA Homes.Now). As part of the services offered on the Platform, we may provide you with Data or visual representations of it (“Data Analytics”). While we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Data Analytics, we take reasonable steps to keep them as accurate and complete as practicable.
15. Confidentiality
From time to time, we may share information with you that is confidential (for example, details about Homes.Now, the Platform, or new and upcoming features if you participate in beta testing). If we share any confidential information with you about DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now or the Platform, you agree to keep it confidential and protect it from unauthorized access. You must take reasonable steps to prevent others from accessing or disclosing it.
If you participate in a beta or trial program, and there is information we permit you to share publicly in connection with that participation, we will tell you what may be shared. For more on acceptable use, see our Community Guidelines.
16. Liability
You are responsible for how you use the Platform and for maintaining backups of your own content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now is not liable for damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform, including downloading, installing, or using any part of it, or copying, distributing, or downloading content from it. You are responsible for protecting and backing up your data, content, and devices while using the Platform.
We are not responsible for content you post or make available through the Platform, or for content posted by profile visitors or other users, including any comments, messages, views, or remarks made on or through the Platform.
If you breach these Terms, or if a third party makes a claim against us related to your content or your use of the Platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from resulting losses, liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, profits, privacy, data, goodwill, or other economic benefits, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
17. Disclaimers
This section includes important disclaimers. When you access Homes.Now and view or use any content on the Platform, you do so at your own risk. The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance/dealing.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant or represent that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any specific time or location;
- defects or errors will be corrected;
- the Platform, servers, or transmissions are free of viruses or other harmful components;
- the Platform will be effective or that results from using it will meet your needs; or
- any content available on or through the Platform (including user-generated content) is complete, accurate, reliable, suitable, or available for any particular purpose.
These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or waive rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
18. Third-party Services
Homes.Now may integrate with or provide access to third-party products or services through the Platform (for example, allowing you to add links to third-party websites or display content hosted elsewhere when you connect or authorize those services).
Your use of any third-party products or services accessed through, linked from, or connected to Homes.Now is governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. If you do not accept or follow applicable third-party terms, certain connected features may not work, and your access to related functionality on the Platform may be limited.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now does not endorse, control, or make warranties about third-party products, services, or content.
19. Website Terms
Homes.Now is primarily accessed through our website. These Terms apply to your use of the Homes.Now website and any related features, pages, or services we make available online.
- You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the website for its intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, access it using automated means in a way that harms performance or availability, or use it in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.
- If your account is suspended or terminated, or if you stop using the Platform, you must stop accessing any account-only areas of the website and any related features tied to your account.
If we later offer a mobile application, additional terms may apply to that app and to downloads from third-party app stores.
20. General
Before you use Homes.Now, a few final points apply:
- Local laws. Depending on where you live, certain laws may apply to you or to us. If applicable law conflicts with any part of these Terms, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any linked policies (including our Community Guidelines), form the entire agreement between you and DotNow Labs LLC DBA Homes.Now regarding the Platform.
- Severability. If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- No agency. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and us.
- Governing law / venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
