Availability: Homes.Now is currently available to users located in the United States only. If you are not in the United States, do not use the Platform. We may use geoblocking to enforce this limitation.

Who we are

Homes.Now provides mobile-first listing and portfolio sites for real estate professionals.

What we collect

• Account & contact info: name, email, business details you provide.
• Profile info & content: information you add to your profile, such as your bio, links, and any content you upload or publish (including a profile picture).
• Usage data (analytics): pages viewed, device/browser data, timestamps, and referral info.
• Billing info (if you subscribe): subscription plan details and billing records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by Homes.Now.
• Communications: emails or messages you send us.
• Cookies & similar technologies: We use cookies only when needed for essential functions (such as security and authentication). We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• Provide and improve Homes.Now and related services.
• Display and deliver your profile (including any profile picture or other content you publish).
• Respond to questions and support requests.
• Send product updates, marketing messages, and launch/availability communications when you sign up.
• Monitor performance, security, and abuse prevention.
• Meet legal, compliance, and enforcement requirements.

Public profiles and user content

Some information you add to Homes.Now is meant to be public (for example, the content on your profile, including your profile picture). If you publish or share your profile, it may be viewable by anyone and may be copied, shared, or re-posted by others both on and off Homes.Now. Choose what you upload and share.

Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics on some marketing pages (Simple Analytics, which does not use cookies). We also use first-party analytics within Homes.Now to improve the Platform and provide analytics features to account holders.

Marketing communications

We may send you service-related messages (for example, verification emails, security alerts, and billing or account notices). We may also send marketing, product updates, and launch communications where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us directly.

How we share information

• Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Platform.

Homes.Now is intended for users located in the United States. If you are not located in the United States, do not use the Platform. We may restrict or block access outside the United States.

If you access the Platform, your data may be processed in the United States.

Children

Homes.Now is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
