California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice

This notice is for California residents. It supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how Homes.Now (operated by DotNow Labs LLC, doing business as Homes.Now) collects, uses, and discloses personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").

We do not sell or share personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA), and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use privacy-first analytics on some marketing pages (Simple Analytics, which does not use cookies). We also use first-party analytics within Homes.Now to improve the Platform and provide analytics features to account holders. We do not use advertising cookies.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize data when no longer required.

We may collect sensitive personal information such as account log-in credentials and session identifiers. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain security, authenticate users, and prevent fraud. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

Homes.Now does not sell personal information. Homes.Now also does not "share" personal information (as defined under the CCPA) and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
