Homes.Now does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use personal information to operate the service, improve it, and communicate with you about the product, support, account activity, and service updates you request.

Availability: Homes.Now is currently available to users located in the United States only. If you are not in the United States, do not use the Platform. We may use geoblocking to enforce this limitation.

Who we are

Homes.Now provides software for home buying, selling, and transaction workflows, including pages, inquiries, scheduling, document management, collaboration tools, communications, and related product features. Homes.Now is a technology platform and does not provide lending, brokerage, legal, title, underwriting, or mortgage-servicing services.

What we collect

• Account, contact, and submission info: name, email, business details, and information you provide when you contact us, create an account, request support, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Property, page, document, and content info: information you add to Homes.Now, such as property details, page content, uploaded files, uploaded media, collaborator details, messages, scheduling details, and related materials you choose to publish, share, or store. This may include sensitive documents such as transaction documents, disclosures, IDs, financial statements, tax documents, and loan-related materials that you or your authorized users upload.
• Usage data (analytics): pages viewed, device/browser data, timestamps, and referral info.
• Billing info (if you subscribe): subscription plan details and billing records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by Homes.Now.
• Communications: emails or messages you send us.
• Cookies & similar technologies: We use cookies only when needed for essential functions (such as security and authentication). We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

• Provide and improve Homes.Now and related services.
• Display and deliver your property pages, inquiries, documents, and other content you choose to publish or manage through the Platform.
• Respond to questions, account requests, and support requests.
• Send product updates, account notices, and marketing messages where permitted by law and when you request them or sign up for them.

Public pages and user content

Some information you add to Homes.Now may be meant to be public, such as content on a property page or other materials you choose to publish or share. If you make content public, it may be viewable by anyone and may be copied, shared, or re-posted by others both on and off Homes.Now. Choose what you upload and share.

Analytics

We use first-party, site-only analytics to understand traffic and improve the Platform. No cookies are used, no personal data is collected, and no information is shared with third parties. We see only aggregate page views, referral sources, and general visitor counts. Individual visitors cannot be identified.

Marketing communications

We may send you service-related messages (for example, verification emails, security alerts, support responses, and billing or account notices). We may also send marketing and product communications where permitted by law and when you have requested them. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us directly.

How we share information

• Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Platform.

No system is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and report any suspected issues promptly.

Homes.Now is intended for users located in the United States. If you are not located in the United States, do not use the Platform. We may restrict or block access outside the United States.

If you access the Platform, your data may be processed in the United States.

Children

Homes.Now is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
