Community Guidelines

These Community Standards work alongside our Terms & Conditions and explain what is (and isn’t) allowed on Homes.Now, including profile pages and any links you add. Using Homes.Now means you agree to follow these standards.

If you see a profile or link that violates these standards, please report it.

Adult content

Homes.Now is built for real estate professionals and their public-facing profiles. Adult content is not permitted.

You may not:

• Post, upload, or link to pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Promote or advertise sexual services (including full-service sex work)
• Use any sexual content in avatars, profile images, backgrounds, thumbnails, or embedded content
• Share sexually explicit deepfakes or AI-generated sexual content involving real people

Hate speech

Homes.Now does not allow content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence toward individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status).

Profile URLs and handles

Homes.Now profile names and URLs are meant to be used, not stockpiled.

You may not:

• Buy, sell, trade, hoard, or “squat” on profile URLs/handles
• Register profile URLs primarily to block others or resell for profit

Illegal goods and services

Do not use Homes.Now to promote, facilitate, or link to the sale of illegal or regulated goods, services, or activities, including (but not limited to):

• Controlled substances
• Tobacco or vaping products
• Weapons, ammunition, or weapon parts
• Explosives or fireworks
• Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or recalled items
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Sales of personal data, mailing lists, or unlawfully obtained personal information

Content targeting minors must not promote unsafe or age-inappropriate products, services, or material.

Spam and fraud

Do not use Homes.Now to mislead, scam, or manipulate visitors.

This includes (but isn’t limited to):

• Links to phishing pages or sites collecting personal information under false pretenses
• Deceptive “lead capture” pages that hide how data will be used
• Creating large numbers of accounts for abuse, promotion, or affiliate click schemes
• Any attempt to artificially inflate traffic, clicks, or engagement

Harassment

Homes.Now cannot be used to intimidate, threaten, stalk, or bully anyone.

Extremist or terrorist content

Do not use Homes.Now to promote, praise, recruit for, or fund extremist or terrorist organizations or related activity.

Child harm

Homes.Now has zero tolerance for content that harms minors, including child sexual abuse material, exploitation, solicitation, or any content that sexualizes or endangers children. We may report apparent child exploitation to appropriate authorities.

Self-harm

Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders is not allowed.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, consider contacting local emergency services or a crisis hotline (in the U.S., you can call or text 988).

Shocking or violent content

Do not post or link to graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or content intended to shock or disturb visitors.

Copyright and trademark

Do not upload or post content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, or patents). If you believe content on Homes.Now violates your rights, contact us.

Privacy and impersonation

Respect privacy and identity.

You may use Homes.Now to support your business, but you must not state or imply that you are a Homes.Now employee, agent, partner, or otherwise affiliated with or endorsed by Homes.Now. Any such misrepresentation is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

We may reserve, block, or reclaim handles that imply affiliation with Homes.Now or our team (for example: homes, homesnow, support, admin, staff, team, official, verified), even if they are otherwise available.

You may not:

• Post someone else’s personal identifying information without permission (e.g., IDs, financial details, private contact info)
• Share private or non-consensual intimate media (including AI-generated)
• Impersonate another person, team, brokerage, or business in a misleading way

If you collect personal information from visitors through linked pages (e.g., a contact form), you are responsible for providing a clear privacy notice and complying with applicable privacy laws.

Misinformation

Do not use Homes.Now to spread false or deceptive information that could cause harm or mislead the public.

This includes:

• Manipulated media presented as real in a way that harms others
• AI-generated content used to impersonate, harass, sexualize, or deceive
• Claims designed to mislead visitors about safety, health, or legal matters
